If you don't see a difference in the service at a chick fil a and other fast food places.... Everyone is clean, friendly, soft spoken, helpful, polite ...
No other fast food place compares..

Sigh...

I'm guessing you are not reading my posts....

I have gone to great lengths to say JUST THAT regarding their service. It is beyond anything else available in the fast food category. Pay attention!!!!

But if you were a franchisee with your life savings invested in an area populated by Undecided and his closest friends, you might see a drastic drop in revenue (sales).

Once again, I admire the stance. I agree with the statement. But it was irresponsible as the consequences are not solely his or his company.

I understand your point, CP. The stance could indeed affect franchise owners.

I will not eat there again....but that's just me...I don't look at it as a boycott...I just do not want to put my money into his pocket.

I also do not buy Dixie paper products, or Brawny paper towels....there are several others..it is just a personal choice.

I believe some colic is caused by stress/tension in the household. I suggest doing what you can to create a calm atmosphere.

It seems the ACLU agrees with me,

Government, even local govt, should have no say or reaction to free speech unless it threatens the safety of others (yelling "fire" in a crowded theater}. The citizens should react and determine the consequences. Again, I give you the Dixie Chicks example.

Butt out Rahm. So says the ACLU.

I really don't get it. Isn't it true that Chick Fil A had the SAME moral and values as they did a year ago??? Why is everyone making an issue out of now? Just like the Boy Scouts. Some have turned in their Eagle Scout badges. Ummm....the Boy Scouts had the SAME policies when you earned the badges and you were OK with it then....

Oh, and I support them 100% as well. Private Christian organizations should NOT have to change their values for the world.

I'm sorry...but this kinda ticks me off...the Mayors of these cities...they are entitled to thier individual opinions...but to speak on behalf of the entire city in this instance is just wrong. It's a blanket statement issue. The city of Chicago is the 3rd largest in America and not all of them are pro-gay marriage. Same thing in Boston. It's an irresponsible use of their office.

Two things, it sounds as though you're calling liberals cowards. Not nice. Don't want you to get suspended. Second, what Chick-Fil-A has said is you can not pick and chose when to be a Christian. It's all or nothing to them. So, if you've been divorced, had sex out of wedlock, lied, broken a law, or sinned in any way, they don't want you. How many people on here (or in the world) can say they live the perfect Christian life? I will not be going there.

Shiner you are inaccurate. CFA did not say that they did not people who have sinned. They simply stated that they do not approve of those choices that they consider to be morally wrong. His statement about the 'pick and choose' christians is accurate. It is all or nothing...if you say you are Christian than you shouldn't choose to obey one commandment and not follow another. With that said...they are not condemming people who have sinned...like you said..we all have sinned. Their stance is against those who willfully and continually choose to live immorally.
