Just curious, since you like to label people, who do you define as "libs"?

Since you like to defend Obama , defend

His economic record

The unemployment numbers

Foreign policy

Israeli relations

Iran issues

World apology tour

Economy " doing fine" remark

Think of more in a minute......

Sure he should run. His running is certainly to be expected and is no big surprise. The concern is what kind of fools do we have in this country that would actually vote for him.

Macdaddy, you're preaching to the choir on this board. Did you honestly expect the vast majority to disagree with you? So let's just cut to the chase. The majority political opinion not only on this board but in the State of Texas tends to lean "conservative" (I put it in quotations because it means different things to different people).

So when ever anyone writes anything negative about the current occupant of the White House there is no need for objectivity into the situation because by and large it is treated as gospel. And yes, I understand that the church of all things conservative will point out that the "libs" thought of president Bush the same way.

My personal opinion, we will never have a great president again. Why, because the line between genius and idiot is rail thin. The party that is not in power at any particular moment in time will always ensure that the occupant of the oval office is seen in the latter light as opposed to the former. Thus should Romney win he too will have to run on his record, and it will not be enough.

Mc D...Obama has shown that his idealogy is all that is. No ability to govern or bridge the country, even as Cllinton did. He has failed, miserably by every measure. The lliberals will now question the integerity of Romney? The man has an impecable reputation, success at business, governing, and family....this is how they will try to win an election?

He should run on his record - not on birth certificate drana or middle name drama or anything else. He should also point out mitts failures and flip-flops and everything else.

And in january the winner should be respected and supported as OUR presindent- not 4 years of insults and tearing our country apart.

I guess we need to give him four years and find out.... The worst thing is for the right to gain the senate which is very likely and Obama to be reelected... Then 4 years of nothing!!!!!!
Obama has had his chance ....
5 trillion added to the debt
8.5% really 14% unemployment
Job numbers dropping
Gitmo still open
Lobbyist running his administration
No transparency
Economic catastrophy as a president
Etc..............

And he should be reelected why??????

I could be wrong, but Osama bin Laden being killed during your presidency is a nice checkmare on his record if you ask me.

While I did not vote for President Obama, I do believe that he will be re-elected. I believe that Romney doesn't have what it takes to beat him. The Republicans don't really have a strong candidate in my opinion. I think President Bush kinda ruined the party for several years.
