I don't know what type of truck he has. It is only 2ish years old and it is a nice truck with nice tires.

I do know my husband's company truck was sitting out in the drive as well. He has brand new tires, but not nice wheels. We also keep all our outside lights on at night.

I just feel so bad. I mean, I wouldn't wish this on anyone, but they are such nice people. And I think there might have been some damage to the truck because it got towed away yesterday. I feel so bad for them.

Well it is going around everywhere.. I know 3 guys that got hit the same way... The put the blocks under the truck ... Remove the valve stems and the truck sits down in the blocks ... They use 18 volt cordless impact wrenches to remove lug nuts and the are gone in less than 2 mins...... They work in teams of 4... 1 on each tire

An attempt was made with our next door neighbor's truck and they used the bricks out of our yard in At. Forest.

I'm kinda relieved to know its happening everywhere and not just in our neighborhood.

Attn: Texans---start putting the stuff in the garage in storage. And please park you cars in the garage, especially if you have a chevy truck with 20 inch rims.

I have seen this happen in several neighborhoods while driving around. I am lucky that my SUV will fit in the garage, but a lot of full size trucks won't.

Very true. My SUV barely fits in the garage, but my husband's truck won't. Nevermind trying to get two vehicles in there.

If you can afford to have these shiney rims on your shiney truck, why not spend the extra money on gorilla locks? We even have them on our honda since it's a highly sought after vehicle.

I wouldn't classify these as "Shiny rims" They are just what comes on his vehicle. He is a nice, older man that has a newer pickup truck. And I have no clue as to what gorilla locks are
