Solo practice Dermatologist office***

Fast pace practice is looking for a dynamic people person to work as:

FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Check in and out patients
Enter patient data into computer
Verify insurance
File charts
Answer phones
Make appointments
Call to remind patients of their appointments
Keep reception area clean and organized
Greet patients and assists with obtaining pertinent information

Qualifications
High School graduate
Speaks Spanish or Vietnamese a plus
Must be able to multi-task
Organizational and people skills
Self starter
Positive attitude and ability to work in fast pace office and handle stress
